Marla Turpin, Principal at RES Named Hometown Hero by the Modern Woodmen of America
Marla Turpin, Principal of Roopville Elementary School, was recently named a Hometown Hero by the Modern Woodmen of America. The organization recognizes individuals who are dedicated to serving others, and they make a monetary donation to a non-profit chosen by the Hometown Hero candidate. Turpin chose to send her donation to One Body Many Members, a Carroll County based organization that provides meals for homeless citizens. Congratulations, Mrs. Turpin, and thank you for your commitment to providing premier service to your students and your community!
