9/23/17 STEM in Nature - Test soil and water and participate in a nature scavenger hunt.
10/28/17 - Fossils - As a paleontologist, you will dig up your own dinosaur.
11/11/17 Water, Water  Everywhere - Water Chemistry and Engineering Design
