Mrs. LeBlanc has served as a teacher and administrator in the Carroll County School System since 1988. She began her career at Sand Hill Elementary, serving as a Physical Education teacher for ten years. In 1998, Mrs. LeBlanc became the counselor at Bay Springs Middle School. After two years, she was promoted to assistant principal. In 2003, Mrs. LeBlanc transferred to Central Middle School and was the assistant principal there for nine years. Mrs. LeBlanc became the principal of Roopville Elementary in 2012.
